Why let all of your copyrighted work die with you? Current copyright law protects your copyrighted work for 70 years after your death. Live on in
collaboration with others by making an intellectual property donation to the public domain today.
The idea by Ni9e is that since copyright protection continues on after 70 years after your death, why not donate your intellectual property (IP) to the public domain on the unfortunate circumstance of your own passing.
Just like the sticker that you put onto the back of your drivers license to indicate that you're an organ donor, all you had to do is put this sticker on your driver's license. Who needs your kidney when the world could freely enjoy your IP.
By donating your IP into the public domain you will "promote the progress of
science and useful arts". Ensure that your creativity will
live on after you are gone, make a donation today. Although the legality of this sticker might be questionable, it is certainly a unique idea.
